on green case. aperson was released from florida from a 1992 charge, placed on probation. then was re arrested in the year 2001 for a violation of probation from1994 case. given new charge and violationat same time. he had successfully fininshed probation and good behavior time ( gain ) time. does this allow for and earlier release time being sentenced under the green law case in this last sentence?
