What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

hi
My question is this: I am a state employee and about a year ago I filed a grievance to have something taken out of my employee folder. I went through the whole process and we WON the grievance to have the info taken out of my employee folder, HOWEVER this not only did NOT occur, it was then used against me at a later date.

I would like to know if this is grounds for an Unfair LAbor Practice since obviously the grievance procedure was IGNORED and the information was kept anyways in my folder? What should I do?

thank you very much for any thoughts.

It is not an unfair labor practice. The grievance procedure was followed, the end result of the grievance wasn't acted on. File another grievance with the union.
