I see that in the revised Statutes of MO that suicide is excluded from paying out if policy is in force for less than a year. My question is: when we sign up for life (group) insurance every October, does the policy start all over again, so that the beneficiary of a policy of a person who comitted suicide would be denied the benefit because it was in force less than a year?
