Can anyone give me the the info on the law or laws on growing Poppy plants in Pennsylvania. Thank you

My response:

It's not merely a PA law; it's Federal Law. Growing heroin poppies, in any amount, is against Federal law and subject to 20 years maximum for the first offense, plus thousands of dollars in fines, etc.

Don't do it.

Ooops. Forgot to say, that if your intent is to grow, for example, "California Poppies" then that type would be just fine. If you can get them to grow, that would be okay. These are very difficult to grow however, when transplanted from their desert climes.
