What is the name of your state? oklahoma
1. my mother has guardianship of my son. what rights as a mother do I have?
She is preventing me from seeing and talking to my son and is also attempting to take my son out of Oklahoma to move to Tennessee without mine and the courts permission.
2. with her doing all of this, how am I able to transfer guardianship over to someone else such as my boyfriend?

How did she get guardianship?
Was CPS involved?
Why would you transfer guardianship to your boyfriend rather than gain back custody yourself?
Where is the father of this child?

I was accused of leaving my child home alone and accused of living with the boyfriend i had at the time who is a level one sex offender.
yes CPS was involved because my former coworker turned me in because she was judgemental about these things. CPS closed the case as of June 30, 2020. I am wanting to transfer guardianship until I am able to gain custody back because I am tired of my mother doing these things to me.
childs father's where about are unknown CPS can't even find him.

the papers that I have only state that the guardianship was granted on June 30, 2020 to my mother. I also have the order of standards that tell me what I have to do in order to gain custody back, and our next court hearing for yearly review which is may 3rd 2021.
last week I went to the court house to file a motion of review of guardianship order due to her preventing me from seeing and talking to my son as well as her trying to take off with my son with out my consent as well as court approval.

How old is your child? Did you leave him alone? What sex crime did the boyfriend commit? Does your current boyfriend have a criminal history? Do you have court order visitation? Is it supervised? What does the order state about your visitation?

Because of the nature of your case, it is not within your ability to change guardians. That would be something the Judge would decide on.

As an aside, most people are "judgmental" regarding sexual predators.

13,yes, child pornography, served 8 years and will be done with probation dec 10, 2020.. I am no longer with that person. I am with someone new who doesn't have a background. no there is no visitation order. my mother and child live at one end of the apt complex and I live at the other end of the same apt complex.

my parental rights were never termed. due to what caused my son to be in the states custody first, I consented for my mother to have guardianship of my son. but since she has had guardianship she has off and on kept him from me.. before she received general guardianship she had temporary guardianship and before that she had him under foster care as his foster parent.

I understand that...but you don't have control over severing the guardianship because it was court ordered, due to your neglect/endangerment of your son. You can go back to court and file for visitation and prevent mom from moving your son. Do you have an attorney?
