Gerogia, Hi daughter was appointed by the courts as my mothers guardian. I live in another state. I have another sibling that hasn't wanted any of these proceedings to go through and after all the court hearings, it was decided to leave things as is and my daughter, which was my mothers power of attorney, as the guardian. My mother is in a nursing home after being diagnosed with alzhemiers and dementia. My other sibling still keeps harrassing my mother and causing her to get angry, raising her blood pressure and I was wondering, does my daughter have any legal rights to keep him from seeing or calling her? Or what other options do we have? Thanks so much :(
