Your question is too vague, broad and ambiguous. Is the child a minor child that can not represent him/herself? Does the bio parent have legal custody of the child? Who else has legal custody of the child and can represent the child ie. relative, social worker, guardian ad litem, attorney, etc. Does anyone have a power of attorney for the child. What kind of court would this bio parent be going to ie. traffic, family, criminal, probate, tax, bankruptcy, etc.? What kind of real estate biz would be conducted in court?
