I took guardianship of a juv. in Jan/00. In June of that year he and another juv. burned a school down. The case is over now, I hired an attorney for him, and he spent time and may have to pay damages. My question is , is his biological mother responsible for any of the legal fee's I incurred? She is presently paying back child support for the time he lived with me. He is now 18 and has his own place. What are her responsibilities? Thank you. I live in Ohio.
