I have three kids. 2 by the same father, and he has assumed the responsibility of the 3rd. His name is on the birth certificate, but there are no legal documents binding him to my son. My 2 boys have been living with him in NJ for over a yr, and i have had my daughter in NY with me. Recently my mother felt it her place to have my daughter given to him without my consent. He has filed for custody of the 2 children we share, and has provided my other son in the paperwork, but failed to write any relationship in on the paperwork. What right do i have to go and take my son and not have him involved in this brutal battle.
