What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Michigan, i currently reside in Mi, and am currently thinking of moving to a warmer state, But I have been convicted of a non-violent felony (3yrs ago) a DUI, and i am inquiring about any "gun friendly" states in which it's possible for a non-violent felon to own hunting firearms, are there any links available for research or states in which this is possible?

Pursuant to federal law a felony conviction is generally an absolute bar to firearms possession throughout the USA.
