Back in I think Oct. I called for Sheer Cover make-up I seen on tv. I was going to get it for a niece, then decided I would get her something else. I called I believe in 2 maybe 3 days and cancelled the order, the woman on the phone said no problem that it wasn't even in the computer yet. I called back in a day or so I think, and made sure it was cancelled. Then they sent it anyways, I decided since I made sure on my FIRST call that I didn't want to be in the monthly ordering thing they had(and was assured that that was not a problem), I PAID for it and thought well I'll just keep it. Then they sent me another kit, I called them up and kinda got a bit upset but not bad, they said just send it back "return to sender" and it would all be taken care of as soon as they recieved it. Then I got a bill, I called them back up and told them I recieved a bill and wanted to be sure that they knew it was sent back and I wanted to be done with this, and said I hope this is the last call! They assured me it was. I recieved another Bill this time they told me I was very late with my payment!! .. I called again. They took down all my info and again said that that would be the end of it. I asked them this time to send me a letter stateing that it was done!! ( I never recieved the letter).. As by now I was very upset! I have just recieved ANOTHER BILL, this time they are saying they are sending it to a outside collection agency!!!!!!! I'm very upset.. I called them AGAIN.. the woman on the phone was ticked off at me cause I was upset!! She said she would send me a letter that it was taken care of and she would correct the computer.. At each call I made they all said the same thing. I am at my wits end.. Is this legal for them to do this to me?? I believe I acted honorably.. they are not. What can I do to stop this harassment???
