Hi,

I got a PBJ for DUI on feb 2009(Maryland) and the probation ended after one year. I got second DUI on feb 19 2011(Maryland) and was convicted. I am planning to go for H-1b stamping back home and would like to know if my chances for approval are very slim or I can still get stamping. On the form DS-160 should I mention both DUI's and carry paperwork with me or just the conviction.

Thanks!

The question is "have you been arrested or convicted..." The answer is yes and you need to report both the PBJ-resolved arrest and the subsequent arrest/conviction.
