What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? FL

I left old company in 2003 because my current boss offer me more money and better job. He said he would take care of H1-B. My 3 year renewal come up and it was approved in 2005. My current boss said I was home free until 2007. He finally gave me USA immigration approval form and it shows my old employer as my H1-B sponsor! I did not know he do this.

I think old employer has found out and he may be mad. he may report me to INS now. What can I do?

You have been working WITHOUT valid work authorization all this time and it is very bad. You need to get your status straightened out asap so that it has as few negative consequences on your future ability to immigrate to the US as possible.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.

My friend said I have over 1 year "overstay" and I could be deported and barred from USA for 10 years? Is this true?

You could be deported, yes. But even if you leave on your own, you will be barred from reentry if you have been unlawfully present and have been working without valid employment authorization. You need to determine if you are just out of status or also unlawfully present.
