I have a question.I am working on H1B visa in US .I would like to buy investment properties in US and rent them out .I want to know
Can i legally hold commercial properties ?
Can i rent them out or do i have to form management company for it?What kind of management company can i form ?
How can an LLC or corporation help me?
Also my Dad who is permanent wants to buy a franchise in US.Can i buy the real estate for the same franchise while he run it?
Do you deal with such cases?
I would really appreciate if you can help me .I'm really lost.n
