What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
I was working for a Company A. I later moved to Company B after successful h1 transfer. The Company A filed my 140 and 485 (it already had my labor approved) in Aug last year. So I had to join Company A back again after working for Company B for 9 months. But this time Company A took some administrative delay and even after my joining, they sent the H1B transfer papers (I did not want to join on EAD) after 2 months and as a result my h1 transfer approved as consular processing.
Now I don't want to go to my home country to get stamping.

Is it okay for me to to go back to Company B again and work for it ?. by the way my EAD is also expired and renewal is in the process. Please advise.

Thanks in advance! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
