I first got H1 in 2003 and came to US in 2004 for 7 months and went back to India. During my stay my H1 got expired. I came back to US on L2 in 2007 and worked on L2-EAD for few months.
I renewed my previous expired H1 during my stay and converted L2 to H1.
Now I am working on H1.
I have to go to India for stamping. Do you think it has potential problems? What is the success rate of stamping in Delhi, India these days?
