Hi Lana,

I have my H1B sponsored by Co. A. I have got a new job and Company B is applying for transfer of my Visa.

The day i get the acknowledgement from INS, i can start working for Company B. But, it will take 3 months to get the Approval on hand.

Can Company A cancel my visa during the process of transfer?? If they do, what is the impact??

It does not matter what company a may do because once you file the petition with company b and as long as that is done why you are still employed by company a, you are safe.
