This is regarding My spouse.My Wife is having H1B from Company A.Company A promise that she will be on board in US in 1 month time but it didn't happenned.Company A is not having any opportunity for her in US.

Please let me know the process I need to follow to bring her on board.Is it possible to bring her in US using same H1B?or can i change her H1B status to H4 and then bring her to US after that we will find new employer and change the status from H4 to H1B?

Please help its urgent

Can I change my wife spouse visa status from H1B to H4 while I am in INDIA?

Can I use the same H1B visa and transfer to new employer after finding job in USA?
