My boss use my old employer to reenew my H1b. I do not know how he do it. I just learned that I am 14 months out of service. He showed me paperwork and he knew it was wrong.

What can I do now?

Will he get in big trouble because he lie on form?

Can me try to go to Canada or Australia? I know I will get deported now.
