Case is: previous H1B renewal was still pending until now, filed aug. 2005 by previous employer. This previous employer who sponsored that renewal said they did not receive any notice from INS to submit any further evidence. This employer has already closed shop and may cancel the visa anytime now. But the thing is, a H1B transfer has been filed this June 2006 by new employer and the person is working with new employer now.
Just want to know if there can be problems on the H1B transfer already filed by new employer
