What is the name of your state? CA

Could anybody please share their experience of delay in receiving passports after H4 visa at any of Indian US consulates?
I have seen that people had to face delays in recieving their passports(even 2 weeks) after H1 interview due to the new PIMS system introduced at the US consulates.(starting December)

All the help is appreciated.
