What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

Hi I posted already about relocation with Child

Since the German embassy is involve about the relocation with child. There always telling me I can relocate with my son because I have Primary residential parent. There send me a copy of Hague convention (in German), were says as Person has Custody of the child there are free to locate with the child. I do not understand if the Florida Law says I need the permission of the other Parent or a Court Order???? Who know were I find the Hague convention online, I am searching for while and it bring me to other sites but not what I looking for.

YOU need to deal with FLORIDA law. International law doesn't come into play at this juncture.
