Hague convention, which states

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I have looked up, via google, the members to the Hague convention. The results keep coming up weird, for example, england is not even included...can't be right. This is a more long term goal for me, in the hopes if I can get the custody/psych eval update ordered at our next court date, I want to address long term goals for daughter...try to get it taken care of in hopes of no more court dates!

My goal is to get my special education teaching credential, and hoping I have enough money with that, before the kid grows all the way up, take us to a different country every summer for our vacation. I would ask for three weeks vacation vs two (dad has same)...and to help dad feel safe, say only countries member of the Hague Convention so I can't kidnap her. (again, same for dad).

My first random research was for England...I saw several countries not listed, so basically does anyone have advice for how to correctly find this, willing to take the time to help me out? Thanks....very much, MichaCAWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Isn't it Brazil that that one dad is fighting with over his son, whose mom took him there and made her new husband "dad"? It's a member of Hague. A very poor member, I must say.

England is actually listed under United Kingdom.

I figured United Kingdom was correct but it didn't list it...I just got on some weird lists somehow. Thanks again. Micha
