Does anyone know if it is legal in Mass. for a police officer to question a suspect and purposely leave them handicapped (did not give person whom is more or less legally blind glasses to wear when being questioned) Thus, person was unable to identify any of the four officers around him.(there is also question to the validity of police report, discovery of false information as well as probable cause to believe a crime was even committed. Anyone know anything about the civil rights on this matter?

P.S. What about the legality of not letting a person out until 6 hours after bail was posted?
