I am the former employee of a non-profit org. While working at this national org. I watched my Director(the only one in charge; no supervisors) verbally harass employees until they cried. This org. has a board of Dir. and signed letters were mailed to them. They agreed to meet with us, but nothing was done with the information. Within the last year the list of former employees has grown to 7, soon to increase (the org. only has 6 positions). My former dir. has escorted employees out of the office twice and her bad behaviors are continuing. We currently have a list of people involed with program and former employees with information supporting these claims. Is there anything we can do legally to put an end to her verbal harassment?

My response:

Have everyone, including yourself, file claims with the EEOC office near you.

Knowone filed claims with the local EEOC. If we need to do this, what would be the correct title of our claim? Would it be harassment?
