My son has never been in trouble with the law. Anyways this summer he was at a friends house. He didnt know but up stairs was his ex girlfriend and her boyfriend.the boy pulled a knife out and came at my son.i dont know how but my son was able to take the knife from him and run out the door. my son saw the kids bike and stabbed the tires and seat. the cops were called and he admitted to the police what he did.we also filed a report on the boy for coming at my son with the knife. we told the police we would pay for the bike.a month went by and my husband went to the police to get updates.they said that they cant get a hold up the other parents so we dont know how much to pay for the bike.almost 4 months go by we have heard nothing about court or anything about this case.now this week in school someone wrote a hit list on the bathroom wall at school.it was a list of football players.my son was called in the office many times.they told him it was his friend arron that did it and they wanted my son to admit that arron did it.arron did do this years ago and did admit to it then.because he did it in the past they think he did it again.and because my son is his friend at school the continue to call him to the office and question him.the principle has told my son that the police department hacked into my sons myspace and knows that my son knows who did it.the next day called to the office again.my son asked them to call his dad.they told him they dont have to but they can call the police.my son then told them his father is a military police and his parents told him to call if question again.only then did the consulor call my husband. my husband told them not to question him to leave him alone till he gets there.by the time my husband got there my son was told to take off his boots and jacket and turn out his pockets.they did find a razor blade on my son.he said it was for protection.cause the principle has told other students that my son was acusing them.my son was then given 3 days out of school.my huband asked to see the paper that she showed my son the day before that was from the police stating that hondo police was in my sons computer.she said that she never said that to my son and has no paper. we told the school not to question my son again unless we were there and to call us right away if there were any more problems.the day he returned back to school they told him he wasnt suppose to be back at school and sent him to iss for the day without calling us.we have a paper from the school saying that he was to return the day he did.but because they didnt call us we didnt know he was in iss all day.my son then ask to go to allternitive school because he felt safe there.the school said yes.first day at allternitive school the principle there brings him to the office questions him all over again.tells him hes lying that his friend allready admited to it but that they needed my son to admit knowing about it.during this meeting hondo police then come to the school to arrest my son on the bike tire slashing.the principle tells me that he has no idea why they are taking my son but it has nothing to do with the school.my son was suppose to be in from thursday till sunday.on friday which is a no visit day at juvinile the principle shows up at the juvinile to question my son again he told him that his friend confessed to it but they want my son to confess to knowing he did it.he told my son that he was a very dishonest boy.my son said he was in juvinile for being honest cause no one saw him stab the bike but he still admited to doing it .and thats why he was in there.the principle told him that if he confessed to knowing his friend did the hit list then he could get him out of juvinile that same day. he told him cause he was friends with the judge and the person who sent him to juvinile.but if he didnt confess he could stay there for up to 90 days then go to court and have to go to boot camp.my son told him once again his friend did not do it.then visit time was up and before he left he told my son he could be expelled. i feel the police and school and probation officer all worked together to get my son alone to make him admit to knowing his friend made the hitlist. we still dont even know how much the price of damages to the bike.how can he go to juvinile when they dont have a damage report?he was in there because damage to a bike not the hitlist the principle had no reason to corner him like that.today my husband went to the school to see if he was expelled.the principle told him no he can come back and everything is done and over with.my son is scared to go back.he has lost all trust in this school.i dont know if you can help me. how can he be arrested for poping bike tires?the case was never closed.the police cant get a hold of the other parents to get a price on the tires to this
