Harassing phone call

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina.....My eleven year olds cell phone was used by two of her ex friends, they made harassing calls to another girl without my daughters knowledge. My question is if a recording is used as evidence and my childs voice isn't on any of the recordings what rights does my daughter have in this matter?
