Harassment After Ch 7 Discharge

What is the name of your state? NC
I have a discharged Ch7 yet creditors continue to send collection letters even after I have politely asked them to update their files and also to stop contacting me. I filed pro se, so there is not attorney to ask. I will send another cease and desist letter to them, but, what else can be done? This includes my mortgage co., which I included and also vacated the house.

If creditors are violating the injunction against collection activity, especially if they were listed and noticed creditors, you might see a bankruptcy attorney. It is entirely possible you could win a lawsuit against such activity.
