Bottom line it, this is a problem. Even if he wasnt with me and our 3 kids. He still wouldnt be able to live! Let alone pay bills on that income. Alot of men have this problem they pay so much in child support that theu can even afford rent its bad and its getting worse. Men shouldnt have to provise 90% of the childs needs. They shouldnt take $700 of a $900 check for a child.

Second, your husband can contact the Texas Workforce Commission for assistance if his employer doesn't comply with the 50% maximum withholding amount ( http://www.twc.state.tx.us/ )
