in bronx county, city of new york, I was harassed for 6 months and finally arrested for trespassing by new york city park rangers. Right before I was arrested the rangers claimed that I was barred from being on the tennis courts because i did not show my tennis permit to a park supervisor when he requested to see it. the facts are (and I have about 10 witnesses who will testify in court) that:
* i did show my tennis permit to the park ranger 40 minutes before he arrested me
* i did not show my tennis permit to the park supervisor who asked to see it 5 minutes after I showed it to the ranger because i was not playing tennis at that time; i was not looking to play tennis at that time; i was outside the fenced area of the tennis courts; that supervisor had no reason to ask me for my tennis permit other than to harrass me like he and several other park employees had been harassing me for 6 months (probably for an incident that took place 5 years prior):
i spent 5 days in jail. do I have a good law suit against the city and department of parks?
