I graduated from college on saturday but i feel as though i am stuck in high school because of the harassment and libel efforts of my roommate. Hopefully you are familiar with the Facebook (similar to MySpace but just for students)...she posted 23 pictures of my bedroom and labelled them with lewd comments that basically referred to me as a whore and my room being where i "conduct business." Because she is a student and works at the school also, i spoke with her supervisor and the pics were taken down. But is there any way i can sue her for defamation of character? Please help me...she has done other things to harass me and this latest thing forced me to spend a night in the hospital and i am currently estranged from my huose. There must be some recourse i can take....
