harassment in the work place by a supervisor and an employee

kansas is where I'm from. I'm asking a question about harassment in the work place cause i have endured this for four years and have complete documentation.This lady has tormented a few people before me but i decided i would not give in. the harassment has gotten worse she sends things to my home leaves things in my tool box.i went to my superior repeted times but it was no good he was friends with her. so i went over his head fourteen different times. the large company hasbig time lawyers that have interviewed me many times. any ways i was needing some legal advise and no one wants to touch it. From this i am on many meds to cope. there is much more to this but i kept it short. please

You have not stated anything that your supervisor sent in the mail regarding the contents to be determined as harassment. Why are you allowing lawyers to interview you? What kind of questions are being asked of you? Have you asked your supervisor not to send anything to you in the mail or place in your tool box? If not, I think you should make it clear that all work related materials need to be given to you at work. Please refer to page 2 of this website on 06-04-01 to the following individuals I have posted replies to: Casper35, Irma, Sylvrsprng, and VL102371. Hopefully this will get you a better understanding of harassment and how your rights can be violated.

Here is what I think. I just got out of a year and a half lawsuit with my employer. You document everything. Every day goes by you journal it. If it isn't written for yourself with incidents, times, dates, names, you might as well forget it. I documented a year and a half. It is no fun, but do it anyway. This will let a lawyer get a grip on your situation.
