Jayne Adler

wisconsin. just had yearly job review, boss starts with explaining grading chart 1 thru 5, "quote- if you are a 5 you are a "f'in" god and if you are a 1 you'd better be looking for a new job, he does the hiring and firing and wouldn't stop at firing someone he didn't like". I am new to his area, one month, 12 years with the company and over the age of 50 and female, and he stated he was only going on what other people thought of me and is forming his opinion from them. touched on some health problems I am having, he got very personal at that point, stating I should use some topical progesterone that I could rub into my body. I felt very uncomfortable thru the whole session, I was attacked constantly with almost nothing said about my job perfomance other than, yea, he new I had very good technical knowlegde because I train new employees" I feel the whole review was an attack on my personality and an attempt to get me to quit my job. Very abusive, I left in tears. there are only 4 of us left over the age of 50 in the office after our company was sold this past spring and no women in management. men in same job as me, are being paid more than me, one was $1.75 an hr more than me.
