harassment

I been living in this apartments for about 25 years never had a problem.But now there are new owners and they have security taking care of this apartments and they are just telling my children there going to take us out for no reason.Everytime the securitys see my sons they harass them
verbaly telling them were taking you out and am realy tired of this i already talk to the manager and she does not say anything. what could i do.

Unless you are under some sort of government rent control..

The answer is when your lease is up, move!

If you have a month to month lease you will get 30 days to move...You are probably paying WELL BELOW market value for the apartment..

SO with ALL the money you have saved in the last 25 years from the cheap rent...moving should be a piece of cake...

and the kids are out of school next month so no problem there.
