new mexico contract employee working @50% commission was being denied costomers by employer through deliberate disconection of phone line. employer also had employee
operate unsafe vehicles ie.[damaged windshield,broken driver side seatbelt]. this all took place after owner of company told employer,employee could not be fired without owners ok. what is my recourse on earnings lost due to employers indifference.
