What is the name of your state?nevada
had a 3 level cervicle fusion 9 mnths ago. for the past 9 mnths dr has been stating the last level did not fuse causing the pain in shoulder and neck to not be relieved. 2 weeks ago he went in to refuse c5/6 and to fuse c6/7, at that point he found broken screw at c5/6 location and am assuming that is what has been causing the pain and the cause of second surgury. is the hardware manufacturer somewhat financialy liable or is hardware failure common? as i have been told i have permanent spinal cord and nerve root damage and ongoing damage until i had this problem corrected. thanks
