I was charged with harrasing a fellow employee who I thought was my friend. I made 2 prank calls to him pretending to be our boss asking him to call me. He filed this charge based on this i was never told not to do this and my boss knew I did nand laughed he even did it back to me. Can I lose my job?

Yes, you could lose your job. It depends entirely on the employer and the company policies. Also, depends on the company liability if the 'victim' pursues further action.
