im from alabama. my question is can a supervisor have you take a urine test for incident that's not your fault. example a machine operator press becomes diabled during his usage

Depending on State law, random drug testing is allowed. There can be a reason, such as an accident occurring, and then again, there does not have to be a reason. However, if there is no reason, then it must be random. If you are continuously chosen to take a drug test, then it is obviously not random and could be a violation of your State's drug testing law.
