What is the name of your state? Arizona
We are in the process of relocating to Savannah Georgia. I went to Savannah on a house hunting trip. I booked and paid for my room in advance at this hotel for 3 nights. When I arrived back at the hotel on the 2nd day the lobby was full because of the G8 summit, I decided to sit on the patio and talked on my cell to my husband, 15 minutes later the General Manager came out on the patio, angry, pointing his finger, with a raised voice

GM: "Get your things and get out now"
me" " excuse me"
GM: "are you in room 109"
me: "yes"
GM: "Get out"
me: "I've paid for another night, and I don't appreciate you talking to me
like this"
GM: "I will say it one more time" GET OUT (shouting and still pointing his finger in my face) " I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO HAVE YOU PHYSICALLY REMOVED"
me: "I have my receipt"

We haggle back and forth, I went to my room to get my receipt. My door was wide open and all my belongings were gone. I went to the front desk,
they had my suitcase and other personal items packed in a box there at the desk.
After showing them my proof, and 5 more min. of arguing with this guy, another manager apologized and gave me my room back.

I can understand mistakes happen, but I feel the way this guy approached me was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. My husband heard the exchange over my cell and promptly call the General Managers boss, who gave me the night for free. I feel as if I was attacked, do I have any legal recourse, or should I just suck it up and move on.
