I am being harrassed by a co-worker on a daily basis. this person takes trays from my work station and then leaves heavier trays in place of those he takes. I have repeatedly asked my supervisor to make him stop. This is not working. Do I have any rights?

Your problem is not an unlawful harassment. Thus, your rememdy is to work out the problem internally through your employer.
