The owner of the property management company at my wife’s retail location continuously threatens nonrenewal of lease. He also has physically destroyed our private property. He tells the other retailers in the shopping center that I am an instigator. He threatens to have our vehicle towed even though it is parked legally in the parking lot. He threatens to have me removed from the property. He has tried to force his way into our store saying he can come in whenever he wants. He has used profanity with me
and when confronted says he will call me a lot worse before this is over. And so on I have a lot of this on digital recorder. Please let me know what my options are.

**A: send a certified rrr letter to the shopping mall owner, file a complaint with the state, call the police, hire an attorney to file a TRO..........

There is a lot more to this story and 2 sides to it, but I don't need to hear it.

Some people are mean just for the sake of being mean

My landlord is doing exactly the same thing. I was told he was trying to do a "constructive eviction" to get me to leave. HE DOESN'T KNOW ME VERY WELL! There is not 2 sides to EVERY story. some people are just jerks. I didn't do anything to him. I have put up with no water on saturdays, no gas for 2 weeks, no repairs, stopped up sewer, etc.
