To make a long story short.... I recently went to the Human Resource Manager confidentially at the bank where I worked and told him of some things that my immediate supervisor was saying to me and that I wanted to find a civil way of resolving these issues. He said he would get back to me...The same day he called me in his office with the person whom I had several conflicts (some sexual comments) and they started saying I was in competent and all kinds of lies they made up together to fit the moment. They gave me an altamatum to except a 90day probationary period, to be watched like a hawk, and be subject to mutiple evaluations each month OR to LEAVE by 5pm that day and to make sure I turned in a letter of resignation before leaving (which I did leave at 5pm and did not write the letter). Many comments were sexual and humiliating and it seemed as soon as I brought it to the attention of someone over his head they retaliated against me. There are many more pieces to this puzzle!! But I wanted to know if this could possibly be a case in Florida where the Labor laws are strict for employees? Thank you!

Call your local state and federal EEOC offices and file complaints with both for sexual harrassment and retaliatory termination/threats of termination. If you can, talk to as many cowrokers as you can ASAP and get written statements from them about what they saw supervisor do to you and what supervisor has done to them. Do this off site and not during working hours.
