harrazment for payment of item not bought by me

For the last month I have been receiving a
call from a florist in my city demanding
payment on flowers he claims I bought. I did not purchase or order the flowers. The flowers were delivered to someone I do not know but the person accepted them anyway.
He is harrassing me for payment. How can I protect myself against him, how can I make him stop harrassing me.
