Your 'normal' homeowners coverage will protect you against damages done within that coverage.
If you are asking for universal coverage for any damages done by renters, your insurance company will sell you coverage, but the premiums will be very high with a high deductible. Reason is, the risk of tenant damages and claims being made is VERY high.
If you are renting out a house, you need to inquire about landlord's insurance. Covers the structure and usually 5% of the inside property. Make sure you ask about the various endorsements that you can add to protect yourself.
