Has Anyone Sued A Fraudulent Seller and Lived To Tell About It?

Hi, I'm in Florida, and am about to sue a fruadulent seller in small claims court after an item I purchased was not sent. (You can see my original post here.) I was looking for other peoples experiences doing this, but haven't had much luck, so I would like to know other peoples accounts of going through this process. I think many people are afraid of the whole legal process as there are lots of costs and fine lines associated with it. If some people could outline their experiences throughout this process, it would hopefully give people a clearer understanding and help them have confidence in following through. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I will post a clear and detailed log of my experience as soon as it occurs. Thanks to all who respond.
