this is a long one. i purchased a car off of ebay. the auction stated that it was in great mechanical condition ect.. everything was great. when i picked up the truck i had a problem with the transmission and the seller assured me that it was just the shift linkage needed to be adjusted. 153 miles later it failed. in my messaging him he admitted that he didnt even check the condition of the transmission but went ahead and stated that it was good in the auction. after a bunch of hassle and agrivation today in trying to get him to fix the car, i finally gave up and left him emotionally charged negative feedback: Fraud! broke down after 153 miles. cost me $2548. afterward I felt bad of the word fraud and i have tried to remove it unsuccessfully. should i be worried about the use of the word fraud in the feedback?
