California- This thing is getting messy. My sister has come in and taken all the cleaning supplies and most of the food that I had brought from my own house. We had already cleaned out mom's fridge and the freezer together. She is taking things that were agreed upon to me mine. They were packed with my things and she took them. Can I bill her for these items? I am financially unable to replace the cleaning stuff and the food.I have lost 17 pounds this past two weeks from the stress. I have to sell some of the appliances to pay the bills this month. I will save the receipts for her, for when she is ready to talk. I am not allowed to call her at work and if I show up there- they will have the police remove me. I have not threatened her in any way. I just want to talk to her. She is a greedy, petty, vindictive and malicious little wench for lack of a better term. I feel like doing great harm to her property for retaliation, but that is what she wants. She wants me to lose my temper so she can say-- See- I told you she was crazy.I won't allow that to happen. Holding my tongue and my temper haven't been easy.I am really to the point I want to hurt her. Please help me so I can hurt her legally. In the pocketbook-preferably.Since money is the only thing that she cares about. Thank You. Janet W. California

I recall a line from the Bible -- "Revenge is mine saith the Lord."

TRY TO STOP, NOW. Turn the other cheek. I won't help anyone trying to HURT anyone. Nor would any other lawyer. And you'll be the loser if you start.

Thought this reply was a little self-righteous considering she was looking for legal advice and not a sermon!

From California- Thanks Aberdeen,I needed that vote of confidence today. I am going to try to take a second mortgage out on the house to try and pay for expenses. It doesn't help that my sister got me fired from my job and now I have to file for divorce, too. When it rains at my house-- it pours. I did get the car signed over to me so that helps too. Thanks again, Janet W. California
