What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA
Im having my dui case bound to state court from city of Atlanta. I haven't seen the judge yet, as the date was reset by the court. I need to know is there anything I can do about getting my drivers license reinstated, or a temporary driving permit to go other places than just work and court mandated appointments until such time as my case comes to light in state court. Would it be a waste of money to appeal, since I refused the breathalyzer test? Also, are there separate public defenders for city and state court? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
