South Carolina - Husband has violated final order in two ways. 1) Refuses to make an equitable division of maritial property (he has it all & order states he will cooperate to make equitable division). 2) He continues to harass me despite being restrained from this in final order. Yesterday he anchored his boat 25 yds off my back yard and proceeded to yell obscenities, have sex with his girlfriend on the bow, and then lined up the 6-8 friends who were with them and all bared their behinds. I can not live like this knowing at any time he could appear and begin these embarrasing, idiotic highjinks. What do I do now?

If there is a RO, why did you not call the police?
