I am the mother of a 1 & 5 year old and have been married (IN CALIFORNIA) for 8 years. There are many problems in the marriage - primarily ALCOHOL ABUSE and I have had it! I have asked him to leave and he wont. Legally does he have to? Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
